    Dragon Age Journeys

    adminAdventure Games

The game does a great job of getting you in the spirit of the Dragon Age world — right up to the different “origin stories” for each character class you choose. The initial character selection screen is laid out exactly the same way.

The design of the game is a little different though — beyond the obvious differences between a flash game and a triple A RPG blockbuster. Unlike Dragon Age: Origins, Journeys has two different modes for combat and non-combat, which are arranged a bit differently. The combat closely resembles some other tactical fantasy combat games, such as Heroes of Might and Magic. The exploration, non-combat parts of the game have you travelling to many different locations scaring up adventures, in a 3/4’s bird’s- eye view angle.

The game is quite complete: you have a party, there are a bunch of items, there is some randomness in the game. There are towns were you can rest up and heal. All in all it is a good little adventure.
